The rules that keep every guest safe on the water, and how we handle your booking and your data.

Terms & Conditions (Booking Terms)

  • All participants must follow the instructions of guides and staff at all times.
  • Minimum age requirements apply per activity (to be set by the business, e.g. jet ski 18+ or 16+ with adult supervision).
  • Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions before taking part; certain conditions (heart conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery) may restrict participation.
  • Life jackets and safety equipment must be worn as instructed and may not be removed during the activity.
  • The business reserves the right to refuse or stop participation for safety reasons, including visible intoxication or non-compliance with instructions.
  • Prices are as published at time of booking and are subject to change without notice for future bookings.
  • Payment terms: deposit/full payment requirements to be confirmed by the business (e.g. full payment on arrival, or deposit to secure advance bookings).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: full refund or free rescheduling (business to confirm exact window).
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: partial refund or credit toward a future booking (business to confirm).
  • Activities cancelled by the business due to weather or sea conditions: full refund or free rescheduling, guest's choice.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Health & Safety Policy

  • All guests receive a safety briefing before their activity begins.
  • Safety equipment (life jackets, where applicable helmets) is provided and inspected before each use.
  • Guides monitor activities from the water and/or an accompanying safety boat.
  • Activities may be postponed or cancelled at the operator's discretion in unsafe weather or sea conditions.
  • Guests participate at their own risk; a signed waiver/disclaimer is required before participation.

Privacy Policy

  • In line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, we collect personal data (name, contact details, payment information) only to process bookings and communicate with guests.
  • Your data is not sold to third parties.
  • Data is retained only as long as needed for bookings, accounting and legal obligations; guests may request access, correction or deletion of their data at any time.

General Website Terms

  • All content, photos and branding on the site are the property of the business unless otherwise credited.
  • The business is not liable for third-party links (e.g. hotel partners, payment providers) included on the site.
  • Terms may be updated periodically; the current version supersedes earlier ones.
